About the Role:
The Financing Solutions Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing financing opportunities for corporate clients. This role focuses on promoting and selling tailored financing products and solutions that meet clients’ business needs, while ensuring profitability and risk compliance for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their financing needs and business models.
- Promote and sell financing products to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare customized financial proposals and present suitable financing solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing and approval of financing requests.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records, track pipeline activities, and provide regular sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in corporate sales, financing, or banking.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, credit analysis, and corporate finance principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
